Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During festive and sale periods processing may take longer; if there is a significant delay we will inform you.

2. Delivery timeline

We ship across India. Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier disruptions or regional restrictions. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping charges & payment

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept Cash on Delivery where available for your PIN code, and prepaid payments once enabled.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

5. Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate address and phone number at checkout. Biba Online is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
